Semicoa's focus is on broadening existing and new product offering in the discrete semiconductor marketplace such as Transistors, Bipolar Diodes, Rad Hard Technology and other power related packaged products in addition to products in die form.

RADIATION HARDENED DEVICES |
Semicoa currently offers a selection of devices that are qualified to the MIL-PRF-19500 RHA levels; L [50 krad(Si)], R [100 krad(Si)], and F [300 krad(Si)], and this list continues to expand. In support of the Space market, Semicoa has performed Enhanced Low Dose Rate Sensitivity (ELDRS) Testing on some if its devices and continues to investigate this concern with each new product offering.
Semicoa is also committed to the Rad Hard market and is in the process of designing a line of transistors and diodes that will be developed with radiation hardness as its primary goal. This line of Rad Hard devices will be specifically designed to higher levels of radiation and guaranteed at a high level of statistical performance (0.99/90%, KTL Statistics for each parameter), above and beyond what DSCC requires for the RHA qualification.
Semicoa devices will be fully qualified, with the data you need to support your worst case circuit analyses, thereby eliminating the need to perform Radiation Lot Acceptance testing (RLAT) and assuming lot jeopardy of failed lots. Semicoa is committed to providing devices that satisfy your harsh radiation requirements and deliver within your schedule’s needs.

Headquartered in Southern California, Semicoa, has design, development, fabrication, assembly, Rad hard technology and testing facilities all on premises.

Semicoa has augmented its Radiation Engineering Section by enhancing its department solely dedicated to supporting customer needs for radiation tolerant devices aimed at space applications.
